Senior Executive, Production

• Job Details:Work as a team leader i.e. section in-charge of production (ophthalmic, steroids & non-steroids). Develop & execute production schedule based on business demand. Develop, control & evaluate non-management staffs of production area. Ensure safety working environment through implementation of safety awareness. Inventory & raw materials handling. Design & implement quality production process. Prepare technical documents like BMR, BPR, SOPs etc. Prepare QRM documents (when needed). Maintain acceptable quality levels for assigned products. Plan workflow, manage multiple priorities & meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime. Identify, diagnose & resolve operational, manufacturing & maintenance problems with deadlines. Execute SAP activities. IPQC of bulk filling & packaging. Monitoring the environment of clean & aseptic area. Give support in manufacturing works. Participate in validation works. Conduct training session for both management & non-management staffs regarding technical documents & outcome based on internal audits & CAPA. Acts as SME during internal & regulatory inspections.
