• Job Details:Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports. Support the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes. Manage and reconcile client accounts to ensure accurate financial records. Track payments, invoices, and credit transactions. Ensure timely billing and collections, and resolve any discrepancies. Complete treasury procedures for payables, ensuring that payments are accurately reflected on the bank's side and that journal entries and ledgers are updated in accordance with accounting processes.
