• Job Details:Accounted for A/R duties of Kellogg’s products [Bisco Misr, Mass Food & Pringles] for over 500 products of 200 different customers. [Retail & wholesale, VIP customers (Carrefour, spinneys Kazyon etc.]. (Cash & on-credit clients). -Successfully managed to update prices for over 100+ items within a single invoice for more than 30 customers. For daily invoices, preventing any financial. - Regularly attended meetings with other departments (Sales, planning & collection departments) & Submit reports & recommendations for upper management. -Reconcile all Petty Cash Transactions along with Treasury department. -Shielded daily sales transactions journaling, upgrading clients’ credit limits, grace periods & payment due dates, compliantly with company’s rules and regulations. -Got appointed to be a part “Modern trade accountants” within the company – dealing with mega customers with over 30+ cheques per day. After 6 months only of being employed. -Processes open invoices from AX (Open Sales Order) and balances them on the review sheet this is to control customer accounts, eliminate the presence of unknown invoices or differences in invoices between the customer’s account and the collection portfolio, and analyze everything that  is open in customer accounts. -Record all journals entries for O2C cycle. -Review all customers' payment and settle all collected invoices based on their statement along with collection department. -Make customers' statement monthly and send it to collection and sales department. -Make quarter balance statement for all customer for open invoices clarification and matching with customers' balances. -Reviewing customers' guarantee Cheques periodically and ensuring that the Cheques expiration date has not exceeded six months.
