• Job Details:My job is to design, configure and implement network and security solutions for our customers. Our customers are large scale public and private companies mainly based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide to our customers the most adapted solutions that we can find in our technical partners’ scope of supply. As a Network Engineer part of my duties and responsibilities are to: • Audit customer current networks and present recommendations. • Install network and security solutions according to manufacturer’s best practices. • Implement, control, and troubleshoot customer solutions on customer sites. • Interconnect and migrate from the old customer solution to the new one. • Handle customers in a professional manner. • Produce Project and Technical Documentation, including Low (LLD) and High-Level Designs (HLD) Technical environments of several delivered Projects: Campus Networks: (CISCO, HUAWEI, BROCADE, HP) • Cisco Layer 3 core based on VSS solutions (Cisco Catalyst 4k – 6k) • Huawei Layer 3 core based on CSS solutions (Huawei Switch 67k and above) • Cisco Catalyst 2k, 3k Access Layer switches. • Huawei Access Layer Switches 57k and above. • Brocade Access Layer Switches • Cisco ISR and Huawei AR Routers • Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, BGP) • Redundancy between Core Switches with HSRP, VRRP Wireless Solutions: • Huawei Wireless Solutions including Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) (6605 and up to), Lightweight APs. • Aruba Instant AP Solution • FortiGate Wireless Solution Security: • Cisco ASA Firewall (5505 Series Firewall), SonicWALL Firewall (NSA 4600), Huawei Firewall (USG 6300 Series Firewall ), Fortinet Firewall (FG 101 E, FG 201 E, FG 60 D), • Basic setup (NAT, PAT, policies rule) • Site-to-Site IPsec VPN, SSL VPN • Content filtering, Deep packet inspection (DPI) • Single Sign on and LDAP Integration Delivered Projects: • Serco: Firewall migration from juniper to SonicWALL • Technimont: Network deployment • Foundation Property Management: Firewall, routing switching and wireless solution • Siemens: FortiGate firewalls and Cisco Switches deployment (on industrial standard) • ADASI : Network Deployment • Royal Jet : Network Deployment • ADGAS: Routing Switching and firewall deployment
