• Job Details:Using oracle programm in doing all purchasing work" Including the following Tasks : *Following up our orders with the foreign suppliers . *Choosing the best shipment way to deliver the order . *Coordinate with logistic department to receive the goods from the customs. *Checking the ware house after receiving the products if there any problem with the products . *Following up the finance dep to open LC or paying any invoices to the suppliers . *Organizing and Schedule meetings/appointments . *Oversee/manage mail distribution system. *Communicate with other departments to receive and relpy information required. *Maintain Mgr.’ S filling system (electronic and manual) in orderly and efficient manner . *Develop presentations as directed by purchasing Mgr. *Prepare department reports/documentation as directed by the purchasing Mgr.
