• Job Details:Reviewing the balance sheet reconciliations and major accounts by conducting detailed analysis and verification of financial data, while ensuring accuracy and compliance to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors and ensuring the integrity of financial information according to IFRS. - Manage all business transactions including basic accounting functions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory consumption) according to IFRS and Egyptian standards. - Driving the implementation and improvement of procedures ato enhance the department's workflow by identifying areas for improvement, developing, and implementing new processes, and providing training to staff as needed. - Manage Cash Management for 3 companies in coordination with the Group treasury manager especially in shortage cash flow periods. By (Extend the period for Supplier and tight collection period for Customer) - Review the Budget Quarterly, compare actual results with Forecasted results, gather information to detect the variance, justify it, and adjust our (Policies and procedures) to meet our budget goals. - Follow up TAX accountant Monthly and Quarterly to submit the VAT, WHT, and Payroll tax on time - Collaborate closely with Audit firm requirements as per Monthly and quarterly Audits. - Reviewing and providing comprehensive monthly financial reports with in-depth analysis and commentary by conducting a detailed analysis of financial data, generating reports, and presenting findings in relevant meetings to facilitate understanding of financial performance, support decision-making, and ensure transparency for internal and external stakeholders.

• Job Details:Manage all business transactions including basic accounting functions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory consumption). Implemented systematic monitoring of accounting data. Generating IFRS and Egyptian standard-compliant financial reports, Evaluating and making improvements to accounting processes while ensuring that practices comply with organization accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations, streamlined financial processes aligning with SOX regulations, including due diligence checks, Billing Progress, AR/AP Aging reports, employee disbursements, petty cash, and loan policies. In addition to the following Responsibilities: • Analyze general ledger variances and suggest corrective action for management's approval to meet annual accounting financial objectives. • Lead the accounting team to provide accurate, timely data and recommendations to facilitate decision-making. • Review the fixed assets authorization form and ensure the relevant financial and budgetary information is recorded. • Collaborate closely with external auditors for accurate financial Statements
