I obtained a certified HR diploma from the Center for Career Development (UCCD) and Employability Skills Track (EST) certification from Aspire and UCCD. I trained for 8 months in the field of HR across various industries, including (market agencies and food & beverage), During this period, I conducted over +100 phone screenings, worked on insurance contracts, processed more than 50 insurance claims, reviewed resumes, and conducted personal interviews for over +200 applicants.
