• Job Details:•coordinating with designer for concept phase • Responsible for the development of the project from the "Schematic Design" stage till the production of the construction documents stage. • Attend Technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals. • Meet with the clients and make sure all their needs are fulfilled. • Coordinate with other disciplines inside/outside the company and make sure the project is fully coordinated. • Ensuring organized and detailed records and documents of all project and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued. • Make sure that the terms of the project contract are fulfilled by the company and the client alike. • Coordination among various trades (civil, structural, architectural and electromechanical). • Propose solution relevant to the engineering issues.

Tendering Estimation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Technical offer (Method, Schedules, Organization charts, Mobilization plan, etc. ) • Financial offer (BOQS Direct & Indirect Costs , Divide Packages, Compare subcontractor’s offers, Follow up with procurement team. • Prepare Shop Drawings • Prepare the site Deliverables, Quantities, specs, time of arrival and time of payments. • Develop Site Logistics plans, including site Entrances, Laydown/Handling areas, Routes and Tower Cranes. • Breakdown work • Use Candy Program for pricing and extracting detailed charts and studies for Estimating, Planning, Subcontract Management, Forecasting, Cash flow, on site Valuations and Earned Value Management • Follow up with the site director and Construction Manager. • Report to the Operations Manager.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.  Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project.  Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors  Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications  Breakdown BOQ items that will not be assigned to Subcontractors in order to properly price them  Using unit rates for materials and equipment  Perform quantity take-off for lump sum project or items  Finalizing the technical Offer including sketches , method and program narrative  Developing tender complete package and presenting it  Reporting to the tendering head.  Develop construction phasing and sequence of work.
