• Job Details:Released orders for UAE/KSA customers based on reports extracted from SAP that shows credit activity history on a daily basis. Managing claims for returns made by customers teaming with the logistics team and warehouse. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all bank transactions by comparing bank statements with bank general ledger. Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts. Process irreconcilable debts, as in the case of bankruptcy, to be written off and archived.

Corporate Credit Controller (Monitoring and Reporting)

• Job Details:Created Excel reports to monitor and follow up on existing corporate client performance. Report existing clients to the central bank. Monitor performing clients. Follow up on risky clients. Report any missed dues from clients. Follow up on AFLs and update any changes in conditions. Attend weekly risk committees.
