• Job Details: Reporting to the plant manager daily or as per work conditions and tasks  Coordinator for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001and CE-MARK  Controlling and managing delivered raw material (Sand, Iron ore or Slag and Gypsum (low and high grade)  Supervision on all analysis of delivered and fine (coal and pet cock)  Excess moisture and lower heat of delivered coal and pet cock monthly reporting to set and specify the monthly penalty on the contractor  Optimization and overcome different quarries problems (limestone and clay quarries), solving different quarries trace elements problems and implementing plans for strategy piles formations and consumption  Implementing different lab tests on strength enhancer , grinding aids trials and other trials related to quality enhancing and other cost optimization trials  Specify and confirming the quality of delivered material of iron, sand, gypsum and imported clinker  Longitudinal and circular pile mix design, targets of different moduli and optimization of additives  Fulfillment of mix design and mass balance with different types of fuels and by pass ratio decreasing  Maintaining of different lab equipment’s including X-rays (ARL 9900 and ARL 9800)  Different chemical analysis and physical tests updating and supervision including other quality assurance methods with X-ray  Complete supervision and preparation for the radioactive material using license of the factory, radioactive licenses for users, importing and exporting of radioactive sources and X-RAY tubes  Dynamic and static calibration of cross belt analyzers  Fulfilling X-RAY stability and handling its trouble shooting  Settling up different calibration curves on X RAY (OXASIS and XRF programs)  Responsible for achieving kiln feed, clinker and cement targets and quality specification with optimizing cost as possible  Implementing different programs on QCX system  Keep different samples and sample points maintained  Responsible for Water treatment in the local water station in the plant  In the team of quarries survey (raw materials, fuel and clinker)  Reporting monthly and yearly (heat consumption, power consumption)  Monthly reporting on excess raw material and other delivered material consumption like high grade gypsum to achieve different targets of optimization and or imply a penalties or deduction of extra cost  Involved in the process team, process measurements and reports  Responsible for any customer complain, problems discussion, analyzing and customer satisfaction  Present in Commissioning of the two coal mill (ball mills)
