• Job Details:Job responsibilities • Manage a team of design engineers to develop architecture drawings and construction documents. • Conduct research, analyze site conditions, and develop conceptual design ideas that seamlessly blend architecture and urban design principles. • Review and approve design work produced by the team to ensure compliance with project specification, building codes and standards. • Identify and resolve design-related issues, coordinate with other disciplines, and provide technical guidance to the team. • Work closely with marketing, provide them with all data and materials needed for all projects. • Follow-up sales activities and improving designs based on sales demand. • Liaise with stakeholder to identify and define project requirements to meet company strategy

Senior Architecture EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Job responsibilities • Study all the project documents (contracts, schedule, etc.). • Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts. • Modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients. • Prepare architectural shop and details drawings starting from the schematic stage until tendering and issued for construction stage. • Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines. • Prepare specification and BOQ for the projects. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on developing new projects to meet company strategy.

Architecture ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:Job responsibilities • Study all the project documents. • Monitor project progress to assure that it complies with the estimated base line schedule. • Review and approve the Method Statement provided by the contractor before starting implementation. • Follow up on the executed works and ensure they comply with the project specifications. • Developing logistics plan during construction phases in coordination with contractors and client. • Approving contractor’s shop drawings, QS, and invoices. • Attending and participating in project meetings.
