• Job Details:Hands-on data processing experience and its operation background. Experience in readymade applications and EPR solutions. Responsible for operation (hardware-software)& applications. Responsible for covering information requirements, handles all data entry activities across all accounts to make available all the time & any time any requested MIS reports. Responsible for receiving, validating and approving all daily reports prior data entry. Manages SIS & MS programs to ensure an error free environment and in corporate required updates. Responsibilities also include managing Back Office assistance in various locations, ensure data capturing at various locations is done according to pre-set standards and is fully responsible for the integrity of the information captured, and manage lists updating and distribution. Maintains the company’s leads system and ensures continuous flow of leads between various locations/accounts. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Strong personality and team player. Strong thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to manage people well. Responsible for leading the IT department as well as developing and implementing IT strategy , effectively communicate a compelling vision of technology to our executive management & participate in strategic and operational governance processes of the business organization as a member of the senior management team. Collaborate with executive management and IT staff to plan, establish priorities, select new technologies and implement major IT projects. With a strong focus on customer service and commitment to quality, provides company-wide leadership for technology infrastructure, applications, and services. Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritize IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization. Experience & good ability in working with people at all levels within an organization * Direct and lead day-to day IT operational activities to ensure on-time delivery with good performance. * Develop and monitor effective IT control policies and procedures. * Manage team members to improve effectiveness on the job, ensure that team members are trained to perform any requests. * Furnish recommendations related to system process automation and procedure improvements to upper management . * Proactively recognize potential problems, analyze issues, derive potential solutions and follow through to ensure that the problems are resolved. * Require understanding, analyzing, and resolving complex technical and functional problems. * Ensuring new procedures are well documented and fit the Company Standard format. * Propose and conduct performance evaluation, changes to network topology, standards, monitoring tools and processes. * Working experience in projects implementation and module enhancement. * Hands-on development manager with strong technical skills. * Hands-on experiences in Oracle Administrator , SQL, Windows 2000 environment .
