Factory ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus • Customize products according to mass customer needs with respect to our quality rules • Increase the local manufacturing percentage however in/outsourcing • Studying the best fit machines/equipment • Follow up with Marketing and Sales the VOC to update our products models according to customer needs • Follow up with logistic the shipment schedule to arrange the plan of all sections and set sales priorities • Prepare monthly OEE & net profit sheet for the factory processes • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime • Commit to plant safety procedures • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets • Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements •Authorized to dealing with IDA& ICA

Production & Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Managing ongoing Production operations including (Inventory Control, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, Shipping, and quality Control). • Planning the monthly and daily production according to incoming shipments and sales. • Creating efficient processes through hands-on development and training. • Tracking quality of all processes and analyzing recorded data of Additional test-points. • Correlating results with requirements / specifications. • Reporting to the general manager
