• Job Details: Implements approved Finance system and procedures and internal control, accounting best practices.  Management Report preparation and submission. Budget / Cost / Cash Flow preparation, and financial analysis and performance reporting.  Credit & Collection analysis and coordination, and strategic planning. Preparation L/C and other bonds  Coordination of all Finance dept. And section, (Credit & Collection, Accounting, Cost, and Inventory control).  Checking and coordination of all transaction pertaining to, Accounts payable (Cash Disbursement, Receivable, and others). Reviews update pricing for all products.  Reviews and check invoices prepared for payment for proper accruing  Pricing/Budget/Cost analysis in all project studies for all customer tenders. Capital expenditures analysis.  Coordination and analysis all inventory transactions, prepare reconciliations, and submits reports to the CEO.  Coordination and proper workflow in all dept.  Creates and introduces new procedures, which are deemed necessary to expedite things in proper perspective.  Provides comments, analysis, and recommendation, which are deemed necessary.  Maintains files of all financial accounting books and records  Preparations of the memo are relating to Payable activities and Management report of the Dept.
