• Job Details:Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and attract new ones. Responsible for assisting branches in promoting the leasing services and products. Study regularly the competitors' offers. Ensure giving the highest standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare leasing offers, and contracts (with coordination with the legal department). Provide awareness sessions for branches if needed. Examine the market carefully and identify its needs. Prepare necessary reports detailing the deal history and status. Handle extra tasks as assigned by the head of department (if any). Follow up and execute the receipt and delivery of leased assets in coordination with other departments and solve any problem that might take place.

Tele Sales Representative

• Job Details:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close deals. Direct prospects to the sales team when needed. Process orders in an accurate manner. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future leads.
