• Job Details:Receiving raw materials and checking them by measuring devices. Tested speed absorbent polymers (SAP) in the laboratory by measuring devices. Inspect the final product completely after the manufacturing process in terms of usability according to the quality standards.

Customer Service

• Job Details:Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.

Quality Control

• Job Details:Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly. Accept or reject finished items. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Report inspection and test data.
