• Job Details: Developed detailed MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, National Code).  Led the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and tools, such as Revit MEP and Navisworks, to enhance design coordination and clash detection.  Provided technical support and guidance to site teams, resolving complex MEP-related issues and ensuring adherence to design specifications.  Collaborated with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

Site Mechanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Supervised on-site HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing installations, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.  Conducted quality control checks, including inspections and testing, to uphold workmanship standards.  Coordinated with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth MEP workflow, addressing issues as they arose.  Maintained daily site records, tracking progress, materials, and inspections for effective project reporting.
