• Job Details:o Receive orders from Market Mangers. o Prepare the Performa Invoices for the orders. o Follow the orders with the planners. o Send the PI to the customer, if there are any problems with the production, we inform the customer and checking all the alternative solutions to help the customer to take the decision which fulfill all his requirements. o Follow the payments situation. o Follow the documentation process with all the concerned departments. o Send the documents to the customer. o Receiving and checking any complaints with the concerned department and make sure that we get the proper solutions. o Follow any additional queries. o Follow the required samples and costing with the other departments to make sure to maintain in the required time frame.
