• Job Details:- Conducting daily meetings with the managers of different departments to overview projects statuses & pending tasks - Working with the CEO on the follow up with the customers and closing of deals - Contacting and Following up with customers from different regions outside and inside Egypt in order to secure smooth transactions and money delivery - Primary troubleshoot of the customers tickets and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints - Acting as focal point between the development team and the customers in order to insure the resolution of the open tickets - Keeping track of all Change Requests demanded by the customers - Gathering requirements from the clients and communicating them to the development team - Conducting training sessions when needed for the clients to be familiar with the application provided - Creation of financial proposals with a full breaking down of all the features of applications/ systems required by the customers - Creation of PowerPoint presentations of our new products in order to share with our potential and current customers - Creation of User guides manuals and UATs for different systems and Applications in a simple way for the customers to use as future references
