• Job Details:Handle the customer inquiry about the course . Greet Customers warmly and ensure problem or reason of calling. Handle all the cash process such as placement test fees, courses fees, certificate fees … etc Confirm with the customer on the starting dates for their groups, update the customer with the final exam result. Update the front desk Folders . Settle customer complains via phone Or Walk-In.
