• Job Details:Understand owners’ vision and interpret into the suitable design descriptions and briefs with focus on furniture, carpet, lighting, artwork, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. • Preparing schemes and sample mood boards including furniture, fabrics, artwork, and accessories. • preparing a preliminary indicative, a schedule includes finishes quantities of proposed furnishings, joinery works and artworks then finishing schedule after approving the selected samples. • attending site meetings then approving after having illustrated samples of each item according to the approved design. • holding meetings with all vendors & contractors’ suppliers to contract and confirm project costs according to the Client`s budget and assisting in project record-keeping. • Preparing FF&E data sheet, tender documents & B.O.Q and Working on the actual financial cost of the project according to technical reports after a site visit & request pricing from suppliers. • Assist the project team in sourcing, sampling, budgeting and documenting FF&E designs on a variety of project
