• Job Details:As a Technical Landscape Architect specializing in BIM, my role focused on integrating advanced design technology with landscape architecture, ensuring precise technical execution and seamless coordination across projects. My key responsibilities included: •BIM Model Development: Creating and managing detailed 3D landscape models using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. These models incorporated elements like terrain, vegetation, irrigation, hardscape, and water features. •Technical Design & Documentation: Producing detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for landscape architecture projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements and industry standards. •Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure that the landscape design aligns with other disciplines in the BIM environment. Participating in clash detection and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project workflows. •Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire design and construction process from concept to completion, updating BIM models as needed, and ensuring that changes are reflected across all project documents. •Sustainability & Site Analysis: Conducting site analysis, including environmental, climatic, and soil conditions, to inform sustainable landscape solutions within the BIM framework. •Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all technical designs meet regulatory standards, local codes, and environmental guidelines, while maintaining high quality in the design and construction documents. •Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to present BIM models, explain design concepts, and address technical concerns related to landscape architecture.
