• Job Details:Daily search for new tenders and bids from government and private entities, newspaper ads.  Preparation of required documents for each tender such as bank guarantees and certified certificates.  Follow up on contract expiration dates and renewals as needed.  Preparing periodic reports on the tenders that have been submitted, the tenders that have been won or lost ,and the reasons for success or failure.  Archiving tender, contracts documents electronically.  Write Quotations, Email, Letters, and Faxes.  Recorded and reported all Tenders on Odoo System (CRM).  Preparing price offers and maintenance agreements.  Prepared and analyzed maintenance contract reports.  Follow up on company documents expiration dates and renewals as needed.  Creating a customer database for the company.  Registration of suppliers and contractors.
