• Job Details:• Assisting Passengers regarding to Entry Requirements, Visas, and Residence Permits etc. • Supervision on the operations of the check-in counters and boarding gate by the GHA. • Boarding Gate control operating. In addition to Escorting and directing Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates etc. • Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors; young passengers; wheelchair; elderly and passengers with special needs etc...) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided to meet any special services requirements by customers. • Leading the allocated staff and managing the equipment. • Overseeing the safe arrival and on- time departure activities (on-loading, off-loading and ground support) of the aircraft on the ramp • Overseeing the accurate processing, storage and dispatch of both inbound and outbound Baggage, Cargo, Mail, Courier, and /or ULDs (Unit Load Devices). • Liaising with all departments and sections when required. • Ensuring that any loading deviation is authorized by the dispatcher or load controller before release of the aircraft.
