• Job Details:- Studying the Projects' Documents (BOQ, Spec.s and Drawings). - Preparing The Financial Proposal according to The Projects' Documents. - Preparing The Technical Submittal for The Project. - Following up with The Pre-sales Team along with the Sales Team to Know the Status of each Project. - In case of winning, We prepare the Project plan for the Project for the Client and Consultant to discuss and agree on. - Sending the project documents to The Technical Office Department to proceed with Shop Drawing. - Preparing & sending the Material Sheet to The Procurement Department to proceed on it. - Coordinating and Setting Meetings among Several Departments ( Site, Pre-sales, Procurement & Technical Office). - I'm The Second Line Support to The Client in case of Emergency Situations. - Responsible for The Inspection of Material related to The Projects. - Responsible for Preparing Questionnaire at The End of Project to know The Client's Feedback towards our Services. - Summarizing The Whole Team's Tasks and Sending them in a weekly Report to The Managing Director.

Senior Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparing Financial Proposal for Fire Alarm and Light Current Systems. - Preparing Technical Submittals and Datasheets related to Tenders. - Tracking The Financial Status for In Hands Projects and preparing Invoices. - Tracking and Documenting the Progress of The In hand Projects. - Reaching out for Suppliers requesting Materials for In Hand Projects.

Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparing Financial Proposal for Fire Alarm and Firefighting Systems. - Preparing Technical Submittals and Data-sheets related to Tenders. - Preparing Battery Calculation Sheets for The Fire Alarm Systems. - Preparing the Preliminary Calculations for Fire Alarm and Firefighting Systems.. - Follow-up on The Project's Status with The Client. - Negotiating with The Client to Close The Deal on the Project.
