• Job Details: Validating the applications under the instructions of Ace guide lines to avoid any missing or incorrect data. Registration of collection entries on system (Cash, Credit card, Checks or bank transfers) and preparing collection statement for the Finance Department Initial internal codes on system for new agency and prepare clearance for terminations agents. Monthly agency commission and reports. Support and follow branch Coordinators in all branches. Training new coordinators for new branches. Medical network management (Reservation for medical appointments for the clients within the medical network, following up with the medical providers to receive the results, registration of the medical results on the system.). Preparing invoices for the medical providers (After receiving monthly or quarterly invoice from medical providers reviewing all request and approvals and comparing results with system to issue final invoices. Contracting with new medical providers and new hospitals according to clients and sales requirements.
