Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, etc) Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
