Operation Officer

• Job Details:- Handling all customers noncash (operations) transactions. - Handling all operations custodies such as cheque books, bank drafts, returned cheques, safe boxes, all types of bank cards, returned cheques and operation stamps. - Handling clearing cheques and recording them as batches through Finacle system as a maker user. - Handling bookkeeping & registers and their filing. - Supporting retail team on achieving their target through cross selling for the bank products, multiple referrals and closing deals. - Get VIP/HNW customers special rates on their funds/TDs/CDs. - Revise the month closure and customers accounts that get special interest rates added at month closure by verifying them with the cash flow through these accounts during month and make sure to apply the rates correctly. - Covering as operations manager during annual leaves. - Support the cash team and covering as cash head during leaves.
