• Job Details:•Proceed the issuance of IDC’s into (FB-TI system) •Handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing work flow transactions. •Review checked documents presented for collection according to the remitting instructions. •Investigate In-coming and Out-coming SWIFT messages in relation to assigned transaction. •Handling documents that shall be sent to the branches to be delivered to the (drawee) through their counters accompanied with our delivery instructions. •Proceed payments according to the settlements instruction and ensure proper tracers for maturities and effect payment of (avalized) drafts by checking our nostros account through daily reviewing. •Following up with maturity due dates and other pending issues. •Proceed all advance payment, sight, and time cases for counter & online customers presented under documentary collections (according to CBE instructions). •Ensure proper tracer to concerned branches to receive the custom release for each transaction. •Follow up on Trade Import Bills applications, amendments and settlement. •Proceed Bank’s reconciliations into (RECO system) •Preparation & completion of weekly & monthly drafts review reports. •Preparation & completion of daily payment transfers and distribute the cases to concerned staff.

• Job Details:•Welcome customers to obtain information and explain available services. •Increasing the branch customer base. •Ensure service excellency and solve client’s problems within own responsibility. •Perform an outside calls to increase the branch customer base. •Feed the system with all information obtained from customers. •Open all types of accounts (current, savings, time deposit, saving certificates). •Presents funds received to the Teller for deposit & obtain receipt for customers. •Handling all inquiry received from clients (position –statements –T/Ds maturity).

• Job Details:•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. •Listen to customers’ questions and concerns without interruptions, understand them and then propose solutions or make contributions based on the points made. •Improve customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay. •Ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties. •Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines. •Suggest effective ways through which the bank can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.. •Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
