• Job Details:Managed the overall strategic and day to day operations of the Employability unit, including: • Implemented programs to enhance youth access to career guidance and employability support resources, including the training of 600 career advisors at over 300 institutions, and the provision of career guidance services to 12,000 youth. • Lead the design and implementation of a regional youth employment web portal, in partnership with Microsoft, which provides employability and job placement support, linking over 10,000 youth directly to jobs. • Lead the design of national large-scale public youth employment initiatives in partnership with government agencies in MENA countries, including: o Ministry of Youth, Egypt o Ministry of Labor, Saudi Arabia o Ministry of Labor, Palestine o National Employment Agency (ANAPEC), Morocco o Ministry of Information & Computer Technology, Tunisia o Ministry of Education, Qatar • Oversaw critical stakeholder relationships including government officials, CEOs, University and NGO partners. • Managed an annual operating budget of $ 3M. • Directed a team of 6 staff and 10 consultants. • Designed and drafted proposals for grant funding (approx. $ 1M in CSR/Grant funds secured annually)

• Job Details:• Led the team responsible for selecting outstanding international schools to open branch campuses in Qatar under an agreement with the Supreme Education Council. • Guided the strategic planning process to determine the program objectives in terms of the number of institutions, relevant curricula, and desired impacts. • Produced guidelines for national policies on private education and its integration into the national educational reform efforts. • Represented the Supreme Education Council at international educational conferences and workshops • Established guidelines for review of Outstanding Schools and evaluation of accreditation documentation.
