• Job Details:● Driving the Safety and Quality/ Food Safety culture in the shift, through audits, action closure and coaching. ● Ensuring that the right Quality and Safety behaviors are adhered to in the shift and be the point contact on shift for all Quality and Safety work streams. ● To take any measure to protect consumer incl. stopping production runs, put stocks on hold and escalate to Emergency Manager, Q&FS technologist if needed. ● To Cascade global Safety and Quality policies, procedures and best practices to the team and ensure adherence to those practices. Develops procedures and ways of working within the operations team. ● Implementation of bio food defense programme & Incident management. ● Performing the Emergency Manager (SPA) role as and when necessary. ● Leading all the FMOS forums like Quality Panel, JTM, DOM & WOM.
