Audit observations are closed as per agreed plan. - Review of SME and Commercial Products Manual/Scheme & Documentation: Ensure all new products Manuals/Schemes & documentation are thoroughly reviewed and feedbacks are furnished to ensure compliance with Sharia, legal requirements and credit principles also settlement past due. - Follow the Rental Income Account (RCA) & Insurance and maintenance Reserve Account (IMR) for corporate customers and escalated to Head of Risk any shortages. - Service Quality: To ensure effective implementation of inter-departmental. - Internal Operating environment includes of CPSD & TFSD and branches. - Awareness and full appreciation of the approval process, the terms and conditions and approval powers. - Balancing the risk and customer service - All operational decisions related to the job function can be taken independently with in the delegated authority. - All decisions beyond the delegated authority will be taken in consultation with the Unit Head. - Providing the required information to facilitate decision making on improvement of credit administration process - All strategic decisions relating to depth of research and prioritization of tasks will be referred to the Unit Head/VP& Manager-Al Wifaq- Support services
