• Job Details:Procurement Lead for local material Supplies of complete six hauled trains with one locomotive and 14 passenger cars according to 8 years contract between Talgo Spain and Egyptian National Railways with full capacity of procure services and material to all Departments. Control the process through SAP MM starting from PR creation till Good Receipt and invoice verification.

• Job Details:* Procure all required activities for warranty team of Burullus power plant 4800 MW. * Control all operations from starting of RFQ to Siemens supplier until material delivery to site according Siemens regulations. * Prepare purchase orders complying with received PRs and short orders with selected suppliers ,Coordinate with back office to ensure the successful payment process is done. * Follow up and control all time sheets for the subcontractors and coordinate with their management for the payment and contracts issues. * Resolved technical issues between vendors, production and engineering and negotiated best possible price for materials. Identified target suppliers, established expectations, action plans and results to deliver required improvements and sustainability. * Participation in the project and procurement kick –off meetings & Coordinate with project management, finance and cost control to ensure the efficient of procurement process. * Negotiated 20-40% cost savings for commodity electronic components, production tools, external electronic manufacturing and electro-mechanical assembly and commissioning tools with key suppliers by leveraging technology alliances. * Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender. * Maintained vendor relationships with over 500 vendor& Developed qualified vendors for specialized manufacturing products and Managed software that tracked orders and created purchase orders for entire company. * Assessed invoices and worked with Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices were resolved within the allotted beneficial pay term period. * In charge of all procurement activities for all engineering departments. * Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims and provide the requirements for closing the punch items. * Follow up to receive the vendors invoices and prepare the payment according to agreed conditions.
