• Job Details: Plan for Quality Assurance activities using MS Project.  Lead the Quality Assurance team through assigning tasks and validate their closure.  Perform the audit activities.  Make sure that all projects follow the defined process through: o Reporting the raised NCs to the relevant stakeholders and track till closure.  Define the root cause of the problems that occur frequently and disuss them with the QA Manager and Process Improvemt team for improvement.  Discuss the status of the projects and their compliance with the process with the assigned PMs.
