Microbiology: - Vitec 2 compact - Bact / Alert 3D - Bactec 9050 C) Administrative and Financial Activities: - Managing and controlling all lab. equipment and its capability to match the lab. work load. - Having the skills to take decisions in quotations and tenders. - Team leadership to obtain the optimal performance of lab. staff and to ensure the implementation of infection control , safety and quality control protocols. D) Project: Al-Qadi Speciality Hospital Lab. ( Medical Consulting Project ) - Preparation of a good plan for the estimated hospital work load. - Identification of category of patients / clinic and their referral estimate. - Identification of the specifications of required equipment and their capabilities to meet patient needs. - Getting quotations with different payment situations from different suppliers - Getting the best value deal that proves: • Highest profit margin / test • Sustained reagents supply • Durability of equipment • Good after sale service - Implementation of infection control, safety, quality control plans , policies and procedures. - Preparation for CBAHI and JCI accreditation.
