Senior It EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Tracks, monitors & controls service desk system. - Provides IT data custodian. - Provides & 2nd line support for end users. - Supports IT operation services and solve any incidents. - Monitors of IT infrastructure. - Gives access rights for users based on their functions. - Reviews Schedule tasks running on different systems to make sure they are doing its functions and delivers the expected outcomes. - Follows up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. - Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages; may modify specific applications for use in operational departments. - Makes hardware and software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and providing justification equipment and services. Administrates IT services, check availability, capacity, continuity & security. - Suggests IT services controlling and enhancements. - Generates the required logs for tracked services. - Performs all other assigned tasks which related to the job objectives and areas of work.

System AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:- Create SOP of IT team and apply the standards. - Handle any issues escalated from IT team. - Responsible of KPIs of the team. - Design the infra structure of any new site. - Coaching the team to be more professional. -Achieve the SLA (Service level agreement) every quarter. - Distribute the team by creating schedule shifts. -Searching and setup software’s to save time in support. - Monthly meeting for the team to brainstorm. -Monitor network performance to determine any adjustment needed. - Manage and maintain servers. - Windows servers & system administration. - Smart scanners devices maintenance (SW & HW). - VMWare troubleshooting. - Providing prompt support 24/7 ( on site/call ). - Configure additional servers to be backup.
