• Job Details:Responsible for All Purchasing Operation Including Local and Foreign Purchases, starting from issuing the Pos, opening L/Cs Logistics, Customs Clearance process – until receiving it in our warehouse. Gathering Quotations and comparing prices. Checking specifications of requested items. Sourcing out items directly from its sources and Manufacturers. Expertise Level in Knowledge of International Procurement Procedures and Regulations. Speeding up the Purchasing Process in order to avoid any loss results in Purchasing Delay causing revenue loss. Gathering all needed information from concerned departments about requested items to ensure compatibility and quality of purchased items.

Local & Foreign Purchasing ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Management of all Local and Import purchasing functions.  Coordinating with the Planning department to set the Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly Import and local purchasing plan.  Periodically review with the Finance department to set the finance needed for the entire purchasing plan.  Responsible for reviewing and manage the processing of all requisitions and purchase orders.  Personally responsible for processing all Import purchase orders.  Providing support to other departments.  Negotiation with potential suppliers and personally responsible for all Import Orders, negotiating major and unusual purchases.  Introducing new foreign suppliers, selection of suppliers, evaluating suppliers, qualifying the foreign suppliers and monitoring supplier’s performance.  Follow up weekly outstanding orders with all suppliers and identify consistent late suppliers  Establishing lead times  Liaison with planning, stores, finance, production, and operations.  Directly manage the logistics and the whole clearing process.  Personally responsible for monitoring direct shipments to our site.  Interact with finance resolving discrepancies in prices, advance payments, and L/C opening arrangements.  Provide monthly and quarterly purchase report to Management.

Senior Sales ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Since joining RSAE I have reviewed the structure and the shape of the Sales function. 2-Instigated new remuneration packages for each channel in line with the Sales Effectiveness concepts of the Group. 3-Identified and recruited new Sales Executives with specific Insurance background and experience. 4-Redesigned the commission's scheme for Brokers and Agents, following market analysis. 5-Contributes to the creation of Strategic Business Plans and Premium Projection for 2007 to 2009 planning cycle. 6-Explored opportunities for Bancassurance with 2 Banks, in addition to trying to activate the Strategic Alliance with our Shareholder Bank – CIB.
