• Job Details:• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. • Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, acilities, materials, and capital. • Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. • Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans. • Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction. • Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving. • Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies. • Manage spending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume. • Assure that collective bargaining agreements are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in a timely fashion. • Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action. • Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. • Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas. • Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.

Production Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:- Take full responsibility of the Section. - Overall management of the operations including supply chain & logistics, production, engineering and quality assurance etc. - Review, suggest and implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce life cycle and wastage. - Optimize the use of resources for better decision making for production management - Build up strong teamwork spirit and enhance work efficiency - Daily production management and to meet the schedule of the customer. - Line balancing and resource allocation for daily production - Monitor and improve zone internal measurable such as production rate, safety, cost, job versatility, training, attendance etc. - Productivity improvement. - Process planning & process improvement in resistance & Mig welding processes. - Resistance & Mig welding process maintenance. - Welding fixture maintenance & fool proofing. - Process validation - Maintain database to address quality issues. - Data collection for analyzing performance, efficiency, effectiveness - To establish monthly process capability for various processes - Preparation of monthly dept presentation - Identifying individual training needs for all operatives in the area and ensuring proper training be given - Monitoring the versatility for the operatives and ensuring required actions to improve the same - Technical training to the operatives regarding the process, quality, TS knowledge, Kaizen, 5S etc.
