• Job Details:• Assistant section head maintenance and operation engineer in gas fuel power planet 50 MW which consist of six Wartsila engines consist of two 9L34SG, two 16V34SG and two 20V34SG (2x3.9 MW, 2x6.9 MW, 2x10MW) and six Caterpillar engines G3520C (6x1.9 MW) • Attendance FAT test of two Wartsila engines 20V34SG at Vasa, Finland • Prepare annual preventive maintenance schedule and apply it in Plant • Following warehouse parts and ensuring the availability of spare parts also create the necessary purchase requisitions for any required parts or urgent parts needed. • Wrote specifications for purchase of electrical parts and materials. • Generated technical reports of all plant and equipment lifecycle and any failure reports. • Supervised Maintenance team of Engineers and Technicians during regular plant operation and during any overhaul • Compiled data and wrote reports about existing and potential electrical engineering problems and studies. • Carried out thorough fault finding for electrical equipment problems, including electro-valve and sensor testing. • Evaluated efficiency of electrical systems, machinery and components.

Electrical and instrument engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Shift Maintenance electrical and instrumentation Engineer, lead team of three technical in the shift in charge of three factories ( Sulphuric acid – Potassium sulphate – Ammonium sulphate ) • Responsible for all electrical problems for three factories including motors, control and illumination beside that standby diesel generator • Deal with Classic Control Panel • Have good knowledge about Automatic Control Panel Including plcs and Drives - Siemens PLC's - ABB DCS - ABB and Siemens Drives • Deal with instrumentations installation and calibration : ( Honeywell & Endress+Hauser and Rosemount ) - Pressure transmitter - Level transmitter such as: Radar and differentiation pressure - Flow meter transmitter - Valves (on/off & positional control valve) - Temperature sensors: thermo-couple and RTD • 1.5 MW Steam turbine operation shift engineer
