• Job Details:Managing projects from the bidding phase until delivery. Organizing and attending all briefing calls and meetings with agency and client. Budgeting the project. Hiring, supervising & negotiating crew contracts. Coordinating pre-production, location scouting, film permits, prop and set builds, lighting, audio, production, breakdown and delivery of final assets for every project. Ensuring timely filming completion on schedule and within budget. Managing cast hiring for each project, holding auditions and coordinating the cast selection with the director. Point of contact with all departments during pre production and shooting. Managing a team of assistant producers and trainees in the pre production phase and on set. Managing crew and cast on set. Mediating any problems on set or in pre production phases. Managing logistics like flights, housing and perdiem of foreign crew. Overseeing post production (attending editing sessions, audio sessions, etc.)

• Job Details:Part of pre production, production and post production planning. Managed casting agencies. Point of contact with other teams like director’s team, styling team, etc. Created pre production presentations. Assisted in the casting process. Managed cast and wardrobe team on set. Made sure that everything was done according to schedule and budget. Crisis management and problem solving on set or during pre production.
