• Job Details: End to End Logistics process (from order entry till delivery & Invoicing using SAGE software system).  Planning and managing logistics, warehouse & all kind of transportation.  Arranging all Kind of Certifications (SABER, Intertek, SGS, BESC, etc.…) & Customs Documentation.  Follow up and update the target deadline with factories (Production & Stores) to meet the target.  Update the customer and start to arrange with forwarders and shipping line for delivery schedule.  Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.  Documentation for Transportation of different type of cargo movements.  Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
