    • Job Details:Performs technical and administrative activities requiring experienced and Specialization in inspections of Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation and CIVIL materials to be used in construction site. Responsible of receiving, unpacking, checking, storing and issuing of all kinds of Materials, Tools and Equipments such as; Pressure vessels, Mechanical seals, Impellers, Pipes, Pipes supports, Fittings, Valves, Gaskets, Bolting accessories, Columns, Beams, Supports, Cladding accessories, Power cables, Instrument cables, Telephone cables, Fiber optics cables, Control panels, Control boards, Junction boxes, Transformers, Castables, Resins, Alumina balls, Lubricants and Oils, Control valves, Relief valves, Pressure gauges, Temperature transmitters, Flow transmitters, Vortex, ultrasonic Gas leak detectors, Path gas detectors, Thermo well, Thermo couple, Concrete pre-cast, Cable duct bunk, Reinforcing steel bars, Cement and Aggregates. Responsible for all deliveries that shall be accepted if it is covers duly approved purchase orders and it meets the condition stated thereon, such as standard packing, proper labeling/coding, description, part numbers and material test certificates. Prepares materials requires for shipment from mainland to site (Island).Arranged transportation needed for the shipment of the materials, Performs fork lift operation if need arises. Manage material storage as per supplier storage codes and segregates in the warehouse and laydown yards as per their grades and specifications. Create/Determine areas for CCR (Climate Controlled Room) for delicate materials especially for Electrical & Instrumentation. Coordinate with the Project and Client QA/QC for the inspections of materials prior to be used in construction site and Fabrication shop. Coordinate with the Instrumentation technician for the Instrument that needs to be calibrated. Coordinate with the preservation team for the materials that need to be preserved. Prepares and segregates piping materials for fabrication shop. Segregate gaskets and bolting accessories for construction spares, commissioning spares, pre-commissioning spares, start-up spares as well as capital insurance spares and 2yrs. Spare parts. Responsible of receiving of all returns/surplus materials coming from the construction site & fabrication shop. Ensures all records history, Deliveries rejected due to damaged, shortages, and Out of Specs during quality inspection shall be accompanied by “Overage Shortage, Damage and Quarantine Report “known as OSDQ Report. Allocate areas for Quarantine materials. Updating all materials in and out to (IPMS) Integrated project management system. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly inventories in warehouse and laydown yards. Maintain proper records such as hard copy as well as electronic copy for an easy access of files. Maintaining a high degree of Safety values and housekeeping at Laydown yard and Warehouses.
