• Job Details:• Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers. • Be responsible for device and password management. • Manage and coordinate IT staff. • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software. • Install, test and configure new workstation. • Install and test new applications. • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues. • Manage network servers and technology tools. • Troubleshoot technical issues. • Installing new software and hardware components. • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software. • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. • Installing and configuration Windows Server 2012, 2012 r2, 2016, 2019, and Active Directory and SQL 2017. • Experience with databases (SQL Administration).

IT Operations (Supervisor)Full Time

• Job Details:• Installed and maintained company's computer systems. • Perform technology support. • Monitoring the performance on the production systems and ensure system stability. • Installing and configuration Windows Server 2012, 2012 r2, Active Directory, MS Outlook and SQL 2014. • Installing and configure MS Dynamics CRM 2013 and Dynamics GP. • Installing new applications and test it. • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues. • Expert in installing and setup FNS core banking application “Bancs24” (the banking system responsible for managing the transactions and ATM system between branches and the host) under UNIX. • Monitoring the performance on the production systems and ensure system stability. • Running EOD batch, reports and troubleshooting any problem during batch and reports runs. • Performing maintenance plan in the daily procedure. • Familiar with many IT problems. Projects involving: • Core Banking Application Migration Project – Bank in Egypt & Bank in Sudan • Operations Improvement Project – Appnetics Africa – Sudan
