Control Room OperatorFull Time

• Job Details:Safely and proficiently operate combined capacity of 0.75MTPA (2,250 TPD) LNG plant by monitoring and controlling process parameters to optimize maximum production. Start up and Shutdown Various system/units such as; Feed gas system, Amine/Acid gas removal/Gas sweetening and regeneration system, Dehydration system, Heating & Cooling medium systems, Pressuring coldbox/BAHX and Heavy duty compressor as per SOP from the control room operation using the DCS/HMI application. Successfully and safely assist the production supervisor in delivery core business through active management of production tasks and operational activities to attain organization set goals. Monitoring, controling , adjusting, and navigating real time process data(Level , Flowrate, Temperature, Pressure) of various equipment such heavy duty compressors, Pumps, furnaces, control valves, Colums, vessels, drums, cooling Towers, condensers, Heat exchangers to ensure optimum performance as per SOP from the control room via the DCS/HMI. Act as permit to work(PTW) controller and ensuring all maintenance works are carried out according to company/international HSE standard Quickly respond and take corrective action to plant alarms. Strict monitoring of process parameters (Flow,Evel, pressure, temperature etc), for effective output as per SOP from control room by using distributed Control System(DCS)/HMI. Proficiently operate LNG plant associated units such as; Feed gas inlet unit, Acid gas removal unit, amine, gas sweetening , gas purification unit, Gas dehydration unit, Mixed refrigerants and compression unit, Gas liquefaction unit, Boil off gas (BOG), Cooling and heating medium unit, LNG loading, unloading, storage, regasification, vaporization, pressure regulation and metering unit. Conduct shift change by fully briefing the incoming Unit Operator. Monitoring alarms to ensure that equipment is functioning properly. Responding to alarms by contacting operators at other facilities or initiating emergency response procedures. Documenting events in a logbook or computerized system to track equipment. Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity. Perform routine checks on plant equipment to ensure smooth operation. Monitor, control parameters, identify and recommend changes to improve plant reliability to increase performance. Ensure compliance with HSE standard. utilizing distributed control system(DSC) / HMI. Supervised start up and shutdown activities and perform minor maintenance(visual inspection, adjustment) on equipment. Supervise and carry out equipment safety checks; LOTO, JSA and ensure Permit to work (PTW) on equipment for maintenance job to ensure safety.

Snr Process Plant OperatorFull Time

• Job Details:Perform safe operation in different units in the Refinery process Plant such as; Asphalt air blowing unit(ABU), Fluid Catalytic cracking unit(FCCU), Crude distillation unit(CDU) and Vacuum distillation unit(VDU), Propane de-asphalting unit(PDU) and produce high quality hydrocarbons and Conduct routine checks and inspections on equipment to identify faults, leaks, or damages on plant equipment. Also Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance Safely operate, monitor, control and maintain all associated refinery plant major and minor equipment suc as Pump, Compressor, Heat exchanger, Furnace, Distillation/fractionation column, coolers/condenser, control valves, by making adjustment on process parameters to ensure optimal production according to safe operation and perform emergency response. Collaborate with supervisor and Managers with analysis and comment on production volumes, Opportunities, risks and new improved ideas associated with safety plant operation for maximum productivity. Also maintain high standard of housekeeping Supervised personnel and contractor onsite, assign duties as well as overseeing operation performance. Perform thorough safety checks; LOTO, JSA, permit to work(PTW) and prepare plant equipment for maintenance activity and conduct inspection on work done Report process deviations or operational issues to the control room panel operator, Chief operator and assist in troubleshooting, rectify by liaise with other department and brainstorm on safest possible solution for smooth operation. Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident. Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, promptly reporting incidents or hazards. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating equipment, changing filters, and cleaning to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
