Duties and responsibility:  Review the project material list and proposed vendor list.  Prepare shop drawings (Low-Voltage& Low-Current), material submittals.  Study and compare offers from suppliers according to BOQ and specifications.  Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.  Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to insure the compliance of the officer with all project requirements as mentioned in the BOQ.  Follow up on the approval of the materials submitted.  Prepare quantity surveying for projects from approved as built drawing.  Prepare and submit invoice of Clint and subcontractor.  Prepare Hand over files (resubmit missing Inspection, closing NCR & Prepare warranties litter /testing, commissioning).

• Job Details:Projects names : AL RAJHI COMMERCIAL BUILDING-RIYADH (18, 439, 673S.R). Duties and responsibility: - Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. - Submits site daily reports, inspection requests as required. - Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. - Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. - Prepare shop drawings, material submittals. -Preparing a monthly payment for Client and subcontractors. -Study and compare offers from suppliers according to BOQ and specifications - Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant
