• Job Details: Establishing a complete accounting system that includes the chart of accounts, the documentary cycle of accounts, evaluation of the company's assets, liabilities, and partners' equity to start holding regular accounts.  Train and manage five junior accountant for provincial branches of the company to work the company accounting system.  Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, assets, accumulated depreciation, Bank Reconciliations.  Submit all E-invoices on the E-invoicing portal.  Maintain general ledger and Prepare journal entries.  Maintain tax audits, payroll and month-end and year-end closing.  Manage and monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.  Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.  Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.

EXPORT MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details: Maintain Accounts receivable with revenues of nearly 3M $ annually.  Participate in organizing and preparing the audit process for ISO-9001 certification And success in obtaining it for 3 consecutive years.  Managing export team to achieve our goal by export more than 900 container per year for three continuous years.  Organize logistics, custom clearances and manage export related field for export consignments.  Preparation and analysis export reports including customers balance, sold items and related suppliers quarterly and annually for evaluate and review.  Collaborate and participate Prepare production plan.
