Several high‐rise buildings (11‐stories) have been analyzed, designed by Etabs considering response spectrum analysis, wind load effect, stiffness modifier for cracked section and perform optimum design according to UBC97‐ACI. Supervision on Royal Majlis 3000m2 inspect post tensioned slab and checking the soil by making plate load test to satisfy design criteria.
