Mechanical Lead (HVAC/R)

• Job Details:Operation and maintenance of data center mechanical equipment including but not limited to AHUs, CRAC units, generators, pumps, evaporative condensers, cooling towers, DX units. Repair industrial refrigeration plant and equipment, troubleshoot and assess industrial refrigeration plant condition. Interface with internal data center operation team to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in service delivered. Initiate and lead engineering audits including onsite visit with Nextra data center, produce reports outline risk with recommended mitigations, participate and promote HSE safety programs. Participate in preparation of annual budget, submit department budget recommendations, monitor expenditures, prepare cost estimation and submit justification for CAPEX/OPEX budget. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and necessary documentation of customer’s equipment and system status. Ensure compliance with safety standards and adhere to all applicable industry standards and requirements.

Utility & Maintenance Supervisor

• Job Details:Operation of and maintenance of central refrigeration plant & utilities of Hamad International Airport catering building. Carry out worksite audits of maintenance and other teams to ensure quality and safety. Participate in and promote HSE safety programs. Provide daily/weekly maintenance progress updates and technical reports as required by management. Manage in conjunction with the planning group accurate planning to guarantee adequate skills and resources are in place at all times to ensure that the business objectives are achieved.

Utility & Maintenance Supervisor

• Job Details:Communicates and coordinates with all disciplines and stakeholders on a daily basis. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Ensure the proper functioning, calibration, and repair of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities, including processing equipment, refrigeration systems, conveyors, boilers, and electrical systems.
