• Job Details:Responsibilities: ● Manage and maintain infrastructure (Status and performance of network and facilities provided to regional partners and distributors). ● Traffic routing, switching, bandwidth and traffic engineering. ● Fault handling and escalation by identifying and responding to faults in the networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution. ● Managing and provisioning L2/L3 circuits ● Manage BDCOM/Digicom/C-Data/Raisecom switches, OLT's and access servers. ● Implementing Protocols as required in Network. ● Monitoring Networks via Nagios, Xymon, MRTG, Observium, Cacti, Smokeping, NMS ● Network equipment builds upgrades and installation. ● Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation of processes and procedures ● Development of knowledge and skills in network administration, particularly with regard to own architecture and platforms. ● Tier 3 Support for regional customers ● Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota if required
