Senior Design Engineer

• Job Details:Creating structural floor, skid in 3D CAD using SolidWorks weldment based on the CAD floor plan. Developing enclosures in SolidWorks sheet metal and creating detailed drawings for customer review and production. Developing structural enclosures (steel wall and pre-casted concrete walls) by considering shear analysis, structure analysis, sound attenuation and air flow analysis. Responsible for all engineering deliverables like drawings in approval, construction and as-built. Leading the projects from concept to final product implementation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and project managers, to integrate overall product designs. Providing electrical layouts using AutoCAD and grounding system, fire suppression -sprinkler system details. Providing lifting drawings with safety measures and guidelines. Having experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).

Design Architect

• Job Details:Designing UL-2085 & UL-142 (Underwriters Laboratories) steel tank design for an aboveground, shop-fabricated, secondarily contained vessel designed to store flammable and combustible liquids. Designing steel wall enclosures with HSS supports. Assembling the required OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) as per the generator capacity. Designing baffles & louvers based on the air flow calculations and sound attenuation quoted by the customer.
